Thank you very much for visiting our webites. In accordance with the legal requirements (EU General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, Federal Data Protection Act BDSG) we would like to inform you about the collection and processing of personal data upon a visit to our websites. Personal data is information related to identifiable subjects.
You do not have to disclose your identity in order to use our websites. Upon a visit of our websites only connection data will be transmitted and cookies will be stored on your computer. This is neither mandatory by law nor required by contract. However, we will explain to you in the following text, why the functionality of our websites would not be fully ensured without this data collection. In principle, we do not pass on your transmitted personal data without your explicit consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so. Exceptions will be explained in the below text. However, we would like to point out that there is always a chance that transmitting data on the internet may lead to third parties obtaining or falsifying your data.

Automatic data processing on these websites
The provider of these websites automatically stores information in log files. Your browser automatically transmits this information. The information stored includes browser type / browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, IP address, and time of server request. The collection of log files ensures a smooth connection buildup and the use of our websites. Log files may also be used to evaluate system security and for administrative purposes. This data cannot be traced back to specific people. This data will not be combined with other data or data sources. We collect this data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) Pnt. f GDPR with the legitimate interest of ensuring full functionality of our websites. This data will be deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Cookies
Our websites use cookies, which are small text files that your browser stores on your computer. These cookies help make the websites more user-friendly, as well as safer and more effective. The main type of cookies that we use are “session cookies”. These cookies are deleted automatically at the end of your browser session. When you accept our cookie information banner upon your first visit to our websites, a specific cookie will be stored for a maximum of one year in order to avoid repeated cookie acceptance queries upon return visits to our websites. Cookies do not cause any harm to your computer and they do not contain viruses. - The right of access to your personal data stored by us and information on how they are processed.
- The right to rectification of your personal data stored by us, if they are inaccurate.
- The right to erasure of your personal data stored by us.
- The right to restriction of processing of your personal data stored by us, if we cannot yet delete them do to legal requirements.
- The right to object to the processing of your personal data by us.

If you have given us your consent you may revoke it at any time. This revocation cannot take effect retrospectively but only for the future.

At any time, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
